I quit when I was 29 and thought I was going to die from anxiety attacks... I was a 3 pack a day chain smoker.:dontknow:

15+ years later, :rock:I can tell you it was the best thing I have done for myself, in my adult life. The benefits and freedom I regained from removing that monkey are immeasurable.

The strange part of it all is 15 years have gone by and I still catch myself smoking in dreams. My subconscious still smokes! :dontknow:
I'm like,,, WTF??? I have to quit this again!!!

PS... I never want one anymore when I'm awake...

Anybody that can quit and stay away from the smokes is a big thing. So congrats to you Itch & Wolfram. I can't stand the smell of cigs even when I was smoking and now it is even worse if I smell it.

I've been off em for years now, and every once in awhile I think I want one. I take a puff and it is PUTRID. Makes me want to barf. So, even though they might smell good sometimes, they taste like rolled up newspaper full of cow shit or something.

Women..................sometimes you just want to......:banghead: :banghead: :banghead: God a guy that has smoked for almost 20 years averaging 2 packs a day quits cold turkey and has 3 cigs in almost 1 year and then gets this post quoted above. Then come to find out on another post by my dear wife that she is doubting if it was 3 cigs. Hell you are honest and you get this type of crap WTF. Rant over.
