SURPRISED the wife today with an early Chrismas gift. She has been wanting a Wrangler for a while. She is especially fond of "lifted" 4X4's and I am all about function so...............
It's a 2006 4.0 Auto with a complete Rock Krawler Long Arm Suspension System (3 Link Front 4 Link Rear with rear axle truss and Bilstien Shocks). Nitto Mud Grappler Extremes 35/14.5/15 tires and Alcoa Alumimum wheels. Best part of all is it ONLY has 14K miles on the clock! Going to make several changes starting with a different Wheel/Tire combo that works better on the street (keeping the Mudders for Play Time), wider flares (have to be able to get it to pass inspection) and some upgrades to the suspension. Going to get a decent winch also. Needless to say she LOVED it and drove around in it all day today.
