No not really when ever you own a manual trans you always have to put money away for a clutch( even 4cyl's with manuals) Just add it to cost of maintnance for the truck.

I take manual over auto any day. to me its stronger and buying a clutch compared to repairing an automatic transmission.....Priceless lol....
