It was advised to spray prior to the SC, so that the N2O gets thouroghly distributed as it goes through the compressor. Give me a few days till the metal gets here, and I will have a prototype.

Be careful when cutting the aluminum. use a sharp carbide cutter and plenty of oil or soluble coolant. And most important take your time :burnout:

How about two extras! When you mount the nitrous nozzles will you have to countersink the holes so the nozzle will reach all the way through?

I used a router with a duplicating bearing bit.

My nozzles are long enough to not need a counter sink.

As for the cables, I may need to make a bracket to move the cable hanger by the 1/2" that I am moving the TB. We will see.

I should be able to make a few more if mine turns out OK. I am waiting on the metal to arrive. I should have it in hand soon.
