I bought a used throttle body thinking that I could shave it ported because I vaguely remembered that some vendors ported them.

Unfortunately i guess I am too late as they make their own now.

Any ideas what to do with this spare throttle body? I's still like to have it ported or something…

It's an OE one??????? Not sure who does that anymore.........

I think I remember seeing a thread on here about how to do it yourself with a dremel tool

The Fastman does work like dis:rock::rock::rock:

YUP, forgot about him, I had one on my 05 Hemi and now it's on a buddies ram and still going strong.

How much larger can he port the TB? What are the expected gains?

I was actually surprised at how small the throttle body was.

most info is on his web site.

if not contact him. super nice guy. his name is Dan

$275 for the TB. I wonder how much power it makes. It doesn't say how much power the mod gets.

probably as much as Tony's, BBK and Roe.

not a bunch, but the engine gets more smoother air flow. so more driveability and to help with other mods:rock:

This can help other mods produce better as well, but be careful, just like installing too big of a carburetor, modifying the throttle body can hurt throttle response, and low end torque.
