I can make an 87 tune I just retard timing to do it. Valet tune I set the speed limiter to 25mph and the rev limiter to 2500rpm

excuse my ignorance but i got it used and all there is is the tuner itself and the plug, no directions or anything else. what kind of wire am i guna need to get the tunes off my computer into the sct?

Yea thats one thing i found weird about the SCT tuner, the wire wasnt supplied, not blaming you torrie but that was odd. My Power CommanderIII that i got for my bike came with the cables to hook to the bike and the computer.
