Mekico... remember me : on the vette they tryed the alu wheels in '70 ( ?? ) but had to recall them because not air tight... :D
That option was availeble in '73...when they could mold air-tight-aluminium...:eek:

Toyotas are Junk Period. My Work Truck is a 1997 dodge ss/t with 135,000 Miles I had it for 5 years now and No problem at all. I Bought a new pre runner once in 2001 And the shit overheated after 1500 miles. You Can't compare Dodge trucks to anything else. I work the shit out mine And put a lot of abuse on it and still runs like a champ. But for the weekend I have the Quad Srt 10 And Picking up hot dates.

I always wondered wtf they meant by "class" anyway..... what class trucks are those?? import 1/2 ton?? is that their class... they never really say... it's like when they say honda won best in class... compared to what?? it's all b.s.


p.s. I have a 77 toyota land cruiser that's basically a tank...no matter what I do to that thing it runs.... and runs.... and runs....

Ford is being held up by it's truck segment too... :( I have to say, if I were to buy another car (sedan)... I probably WILL NOT be Ford, GM, or Chrysler. :dontknow: :eek:

yea i wont own another american sedan,after i bought my 04bmw 745i that was it for me,u dont hear anything outside,the car glides,u dont even realize ur doing 100mph on the interstate and bmw gives u 100k warranty bumper to bumper on their used cars!,not to mention u walk in drop off the car and they give u a loaner(usually an x3) and they hand u a card with a pin number on it to call and check and see if ur car is ready,what do i get from dodge with my viper truck? oh did u purchase the extra warranty ?oh u didnt ?,sorry no loaner for u!!!!!!!!!!:dontknow:

06 330xi when wife takes car in they wash it and fill it up for her

05 SRT10 getting warranty stuff done on it is a joke

05 4 runner never had warranty work done on it

01 "L" been good so far

94 toyota p/u 190,000 miles original motor and trans just rebuilt starter in it

93 mustang cobra every time you start the damn thing needs something else

Dont quote me on this.. but I recall them being in the low 13's range for 1/4, and sub 5's for 0-60... but thats going from memory only...

its a couple of ticks better than 5 seconds at best. i was quoted as saying the word "spank". probably not an appropriate saying seeings how our trucks are only a tick or two above 5 seconds. it would be close on a short run to 60 but our trucks would have to get a good launch to really compete. the cyclone launches easier. just step on it and go. i know someone on this forum has a cyclone that gets hauled to the track with his r/c srt. maybe he'll chime in.
