Have a idea to get better traction at the dragstrip. Will cost between 2 to 4 thousand. Will take 20 to 30 minutes to install for racing. If it works, would any of you guys be interested in buying it? I'm going to work on it this winter but won't be able to test it till spring. Cold wet winters in Oregon. Let me know what you think. Low 60 foot times would be cool.:) :) :)

lol how about first an idea of what you are considering for traction and 2-4k before anyone will probably say they are interested :)

For my money, I am investigating a new suspension from Chris Alston and new rubber. But I am always watching for a fresh idea.

Can't say what at this time. I've other one off parts stolen by venders before with my kids Jr. dragsters. I will say it is prostock technology . I will spend the time and money to develop and would sell only forum members at a low markup.

sounds interesting.........

Yeah, that's too much money, IMHO.

All you have to do is spend about $700 for the M&H 390s and Eagle alloy rims. Presto, 1.7-1.8 sixty foots. :dontknow:

Ripped off once shame on them, ripped off twice shame on you.

There are ways to protect yourself...do your homework, do it right the first time and prosper or be eaten by those who do...

2 to 4 grand is way too broad a spread...for that kind of investment a person would need assurance that the item would yield three or four tenths off the best 60 foot times.

Sorry, not much support from me...but I am often wrong.

Jegs Pro Stock machine:

All the power in the world isn’t much good if it can’t be applied to the race track, which is why a substantial amount of development also goes into building a Pro Stock chassis. Underneath the body, a modern Pro Stock car features a fully-sprung four-link rear suspension, adjustable electronic shock absorbers, and spring-loaded wheelie bars.

Are we talking about some adjustable electronic shocks?:dontknow:
