Just got my truck back today after being in the shop for 7 days (including weekend), getting my tranny beefed up..
She feels like a whole new truck.. I am still going easy on it and properly going to break in the tranny for the next 300-500 miles.
But there is a HUUUUGE difference in the 1-2 shift, and a very noticable 2-3 difference. The stall of 2300 a little to get used to... I have not launched it really hard yet... but have stabbed it a few times while rolling at about 25mph.. and that 1-2 shift definatley is firm and throws you into back of your seat.. the back end just sqauts and she goes...
Cant wait to get my SC, headers, and Mids on from boomer..

This is a copy from my original post...
1. Entire Tranny being inspected for weak parts, and those being replaced with all heavy duty parts.... even thought it only has 6k on it.. he will go through the entire tranny piece by piece and replace what they think it will need to hold the HP, Torque, and abuse that I will be throwing at it.
2. New Valve Body
3. Trans-Go Shift Kit
3. Upgraded Pump
4. Billet Custom made 2300rpm stall converter.
6. Some valving that will allow fluid to flow even in park.
6. 12mo/12,000 mile warranty (I might be able to talk them into a 24/mo-24k warranty.
