When I Rev up the engine to above 4k rpms or when I am running the truck hard the travel and catch point on the clutch changes, it becomes closer to the floor than normal. And after a couple of pedal pumps will return to normal. Is this a problem or is this just something that these trucks do?

Bleed the hydraulics and check to see if the slave is leaking. Your clutch pedal should not change engagement points.

thanks. I will check all of the hydraulics when I get home. If all of the hydraulics check out OK. What should I check then?

The thrust bearing on the crank shaft. Possibly the weights on a Centerforce pressure plate hanging up.
