You don't need to even use the door handles.All you need is a wedge at the top of the door near the back edge.Pry it open and pop the lock or interior door handle.You can tell how easy this is by pulling on your door at that location with your hands.

Insurance might pay off well,then it may not.Unless you have a superb policy,they only pay fair market value don't they ?


I would also think the shop has to bear some responsibilty for this.Being a stereo shop,they might have it extra insulated or have stereos up loud ?


I still don't think he would want it stolen until after I had the mods off and had paid him for them.Just doesn't seem like that kind of guy.I always like to give everybody the benefit of the doubt.


BTW he doesn't a computer just now,so he has to post from a library,that's why he asked me to get this out there.

UNLESS you have the Viper key mod (with the chip epoxied in the column) .I am changing mine tomorrow AND covering the vin,just in case.

Install the VEC III (have to have it with the Roe SC...be sure to have and use a "No Start" card. Even with a key they will not be able to start it unless they have the VEC III software, or a program card...
