You do notice BOTH the cars he brought spun out.... (the GT spun TWICE in the same lap).... The other guys were LAUGHING at him. And so was I.

men... that race was just awesome... the way he pass the techart porsche is amazing..... I would love to be in the race... at least I would had beat the 1000 hp viper and 1000 hp gt... they didn't even make it to the finish line...lol... poor j.h.........lol....

Damn! That Porsche had him licked. He probably did a "controlled slide" to save face. :laugh: Vipers do seem very cumbersome compared to their European counterparts. I like Vipers too, just they're more of a raw drivers car and look very awkward going around corners, even with professional drivers behind the wheels.

I was at the Maxton Mile (NC) a couple of months ago and his team (but not him) showed up with a Venom Viper; I don't recall it's top speed but I do remember it doing less than stellar. You shoulda seen their travel rig/setup, it's amazing what you do/buy when your customers are unknowingly financing it...I wonder if the car they were running was even his...he did a Jeep SRT Twin Turbo mag shoot (it might have been C&D or R&T) with a customer's car (without him knowing it of course), plates and all...
