TUNING ISSUES

2 pages later…. lol

Anyway…

OK, so I can probably log my runs with Tuner Studio, I just haven't figured out how to.

Fuel filter is brand new.

Have a Walbro 255 in the tank.

Have an Areomotive rising rate fuel pressure regulator. Gauge reads 40psi at idle and constant throughout RPM range.

When it's having it's fit i can't take a moment to look at the AFR gauge. Its so damn sudden and violent.

There isn't hardly anything left that's factory on the car. I'm using a Ford EDIS ignition and just installed brand new Magnecor custom spark plug wires and brand new plugs.

I can row through the gears just fine at less than 50% throttle. No bucking or kicking. But as soon as I pour on the power it has issues.

edit: seems it's 324 kPa... or 46.99223 psi for a factory motor...

so... at the end of the day, i'd say check your fuel pressure and if you don't have an external regulator, install one...

I was referring to when the engine was designed, the sr20 was designed in the late 80's, the 6g75 was designed in the mid 2000's
