Two separate oil leaks.

I believe I have two separate oil leaks. Not sure what I need to get to fix them. One is the oil lines I believe. For those should I get the ones from JTSVP? The other leak I have no clue. Here is some pics. Any help and direction is much appreciated. Thanks.

Well I'll probably just have to take it to the dealership. My ignorance level on stuff like this is through the roof. Thanks for the replies.

Don't replace with OE one's they will just leak again...........

YUP, I got a set(overkill) will never leak thats for sure, not sure on the PS ones though....
