sounds like you need the upgraded module... should be under warranty if your within 3/36

What kind of problems will they replace the module for?

I have low volume in the cab and the people I call say they can hardly hear me, even if I'm not moving. Is this a warrantable repair?

How about the 5 second delay when starting a call?
Any fix for that?
