The first thing I thought was that the dealership guys took your truck out for a joy ride. 70 miles is ridiculous. Before you tell them how many miles were racked up, you should ask them EXACTLY where your truck was driven. Make a big deal of this. If they say they don't know, tell them they better find out because you had miles put on your truck while in their posession. If you contact your insurance company to claim this, tell them everything about the service, the miles put on the truck while in the dealerships possession, etc. They will investigate. Tell the dealer you plan to inform your insurance company of the fact that they just serviced your vehicle before this happened. Once you know where they drove, go drive the route and see how many miles it is. Tell the dealership you are going to do this so they better find out exactly where it was driven because you are going to check the mileage on the route they give you and it better match the miles they put on your truck. This will get their attention and they will look into it. They might even get real nice if they look into it and find that an employee took it out for a joy ride. They won't want you to report it to insurance and have an insurance investigator come out. Hopefully I am wrong about this. You will know if something funny happened if they give you wrong information about the mileage put on your truck.
You should get hard assed with the dealership. Unless you just want to do an insurance claim. But there goes your clean carfax if you file a claim.
