Unknown seal

I am happy to say the seal issue has been resolved. Turns out my mechanic was, for lack of a better word, an idiot, and made the situation far more complicated than it was.
Interestingly, the seal that was originally in the truck was not an original part. I have no idea where the original owner found or made it, but so be it. A standard output shaft seal, which I had given to the garage more than two weeks ago, fit perfectly. Needless to say I'm going to take a far more hands on approach with my baby. Now just to figure out a way to move work out of the way...
But more importantly, I really want to thank all the members of VCTOA. You guys have been extremely helpful and supportive. Even as a new member, you all have jumped at the opportunity to help, and for that I salute you.
The truck still has problems, but once I figure those out, I hope to have some pictures and videos up to share with everyone.
