I think I've found the problem (for the 3rd time). So it wasn't the broken positraction, but it helped. It wasn't the loose ubolts on the rear end, but that also helped. So this time I think the answer is:
I got a call from Circle Track Performance in Riverside, Ca., they are an authorized QA1 Rebuilder. I had all 4 QA1's sent to them for rebuilding. Well low and behold, one of the front shocks had NO COMPRESSION CYCLE, and no adjustment.....I think that explains the nose dive to the left when I would shut down on the high end after a run. So I'm thinking the left front shock was the culprit, what do you guys think?

When will you be testing it at the track.
Famoso Test and Tune, Friday Sept.6, 7pm. Then if all goes well I will be going up to Sacramento on Saturday and race in the All Mopar meet on Sunday , Sept . 8th with Noid. You should come up with us Arnie. I think there is a chance Rick (phoenixpoolguy) will be bringing his 6-speed manual QC....awesome!

I'm positive that is your problem Trainman as we discussed. Exactly like you described it'll nosedive hard on one corner if it busted internal seals. Each gear shift would result in the same wandering behavior. Add this to bias ply slicks and radial fronts and its scary as you also described. These are really for cars in the 3000-3800 range so we are just a hair heavy for em. The current truck I'm building rides like a Caddy on new QA1s compared to stock shocks yet provide the dampening needed to launch full throttle when time comes.
Congrats and it was overdue IMO. Poor QA1s

Update: The newly rebuilt shocks are in.......Truck feels real good, no washout in the front end....I think the problem is solved.....getting fresh plugs tomorrow, next Tuesday the front end bushings will be replaced and I will be running Friday Sept. 6th at Famoso Test and Tune.

Looking forward to your results at the track!
