Ok i have a few questions is the master cylinder a must when you do the slave swap it has been brought to my attn that the slave will not just connect right up can you change the hose ends? to make it work?
i wouldn't do that, not sure what kind of pressure i has to hold up to, on the factory master the line comes out the bottom by knocking out one of the small pins, so if you get the slave and the correct line maybe you could hook that line to your factory master.Tooloe said:you cannot cut the stock line and put the correct ends on it so it'l fit the slave?

Its not really the fitment and making the line fit that's the deal. You can order the viper master and slave from any dealership or parts store, it doesnt have to come from roe of JMB. However, you need to shim the master and slave, and they made it simple w/ all the hardware included. I have priced it out, and the kits really is only more $$ because of the extra hardware. (and I'm a DIY person). Save yourself the hassle and just get the one big kit, at the end you might save 20-60 bucks..not worth it.
