Don't do it. I went to the track with only 100 miles on my new centerforce clutch and ruined the clutch and almost screwed up my flywheel. The clutch lasted less than 1000 miles.

Go to the centerforce website...............very precise break in period stated.

I would break it in properly, but if money is not an issue.....go for it.

Clutches have advanced since the days you throw them in a romp on them. The chemicals on these clutches have to mate with the flywheel to get nice and sticky (not literally). 500 CITY miles is what is recommended because freeway miles doesn't allow for engage / disengage (unless your in traffic).

Yep,

I did 750 miles with varied speeds(city driving) and lots of shifting not going over 3500 RPM.

Got 20,000 miles on mine now and it's still grabbing like it should!! :D
