The permissions that I have access to shows everyone has access, with out question, there is something else that is an issue.

Just ask Shaggy now (post #12). When I retire, the next person won't have any additional rights than what I have, so you will still have to ask Shaggy.

Don't think it really has anything to do with funding.

Gotcha. Just figured people shouldnt expect the same things out of a forum as a huge entity as FB. Although the backing of these forums is a nice sized entity as well.
