Viper Truck Registry

For me it's like National Treasure, always looking for that next clue, that leads to another clue....... someday, I may hit pay dirt

The hardest part, is I do a lot of research, which leave very little time for entering what I found up on the Registry.....

At the current rate, I should be just about done, in 2058, just shy of celebtating my hundreth birthday and madatory crushing of all fun vehicles by the government

Here are a couple more clues bud!
1st is an 06 Inferno Red QC that is very clean and maintained.
Vin I believe is 3D3HA18H46G231267?

2nd is an 04' that is pretty ragged out. Has 44K on it but looks like 300K. It has 20" dodge wheels of some sort and had every panel painted and looks like crap. Does have a Magnaflow and Roe TB though.LOL@

I have started a Viper component of the Registry for the cars. So any members that have or also have a Viper that would like to be on the Registry, let me know. VR-0001 is taken, got my first one before I could finish the Wiki page

Registry Wiki is starting to take shape
http://www.vipertruckregistry.com/screwturnwiki1/AllPages.aspx

VIN Progres

2789...... 2004...... 91.23% based on a total production of 3057
4887...... 2005...... 119.28% based on a total production of 4097
1746...... 2006...... 73.58% based on a total production of 2373

2005 seems to have a lot of hidden facts. What was the real production goal and how many trucks were actually built, only time will tell, however, what we thought and what I'm finding could change a lot of what we thought was reality. And as of late, why do I keep finding trucks on the market with less than 50 miles on the odometer......

These answers and more.....

If I can ever find them

Thanks again Jeff for all you do. I believe, as time goes by, your work here, will prove to be vital to protect and account for, the verified "genuine" trucks.
P.S. I'm honored to be "Truck of the Month" for January '11. Here is everyone's chance to see it outside the garage:p
P.P.S.S... What do you think is up with the '05 production numbers?:dontknow:

Your Welcome

2005 Production....

Some of us have been around long enough to hear the rumors that in 2005 the production of the RAM SRT-10 was cut short due to large numbers of unshipped trucks sitting in the yards in Mexico (500+). A bunch of those trucks went through Woodhouse and were sold pretty cheap compared to what some of us paid. So I have always wondered. Was the production continued at any point? Is the 4097 total just the US total and the rest were sold in Canada and else where? Were they distributed in Mexico?

I just don't know, however, Dodge shows these VIN's as valid VIN's and I don't think I've have found all of them yet... How scary is that.

There is also a good chance that if the production was haulted completely, then the rumor that the Yellow Fever's are also incomplete. A number of QC's and RC's may have never made it down the line. Again, only time will tell.

I wish at times, someone at Dodge would leak all the info to me, :D

As the search continues, I currently have 4904 Valid 2005 VIN's

4097 was what was thought to be the total for years.....

Any guess as to what the final number will be?

hard to believe they did not keep better count/records.

would the 4097 be just RC's?????

5651????
