Volant CAI (cold air intake) $200 shipped

This has been on the truck for around 2 years. There is nothing wrong with it. Works perfectly. I'm just changing it out for a JMB CAI. The filter has been cleaned and oiled and is ready to bolt on. I won't be able to ship it for 2 weeks but wanted to see if anyone here wants it before I throw it to the wolves on ebay...

I noticed that you had Stainless steel mirrors. Was wondering where you got them and what color is your truck. Mine is black and I want to add some Stainless or chrome accents. Also was wondering how you liked the volant

I got my truck in late December and haven't done anything to it yet. It's a daily driver. I am looking to do something is this a good place to start? Does an aftermarket intake void the warranty? Did the mileage change when you installed the Volant? I am handy but have only done things like brake pads and change the oil on cars. Is this a pretty good project for a rookie?

I have painted Cal-Vue (Street Scene) mirror... Just stainless handles. Got the handles and mirrors from X-Metal. The Volant caused me no problems.. Just wanted to "clean up" the engine bay and match all my new gloss red bits...

My truck is a daily driver too. I had a few warranty issues taken care of no problem and the Volant CAI was on there the whole time. They never had an issue. I didn't notice a mileage change with the Volant either. The install is very easy. Just bolt it right on.

Thanks for the info. I took a look at the JMB CAI you mentioned and I like it better. I can see why you are switching. This site is great.
