I'd ask Andy. He knows EVERYTHING about these trucks. But of course he'll be his humble self and say something like, "I don't know EVERYTHING, but thanks Steve".

04 -06 are the same just a different color for the 06 matt

If your wanting just the wheel so you can re-cover it then one from a regular 1500 should work. Make sure it has the buttons on the back though.
