i thought i seen a thread about a web sight that you could put in your vin number to check to see if your stll under warra:dontknow: nty

I know your dealer can do this but I did not see anywhere on the Dodge web site for it. Basic 3yr warranty starts the day the vehicle is put in service (the day it is purchased by the original owner).....then mileage comes in up to 36,000........if you have an extended warranty contract you will have to check with the dealer or the company that wrote the contract..

ya i just called they said its still under warranty ,,hope i can get it soon ,,i think i got like 5 months on it left :congrats:

hope i dont get slammed for mods lol,,i also asked about the fact i know many that have had problems with this amp ,,service manager said i was the first to tell him one went bad mmm,,anyone got a tsb or what ever it is called they send out to service managers on problems like this ??

Over 34k miles to go on my extended warranty.. As long as they don't know about *whispers* the SCT and other stuff.

Don't forget the important 7/70k powertrain this is a very important one covers enegine trans and if you have a 4x4 ram it covers transfer case. There fixing my crank pulley under the powertrain. so the basic is good but the powertrain one is very important. Carfax will give you a full list on your vehicle warranty and all, only bad thing is it cost about 25$ for 1 or 29 for unlimited vehicles so if you own more than one its worth it, if you bought used it will tell you where it came from no names though.

You might want to research that statement about 7/70.....SRT vehicles do not have 7/70.......Just basic 3/36 or extended warrenty......

Guess I got lucky.....I got my truck used from a local Toyota dealership and they have Lifetime power train warrenty, on any vehicle under 75K miles. They frist told me they didn't cover "High Performance Vehicles" but they messed up and put a 100% parts 100% labor warrenty on the truck. So to make a long story short they honored there lifetime warranty. :D

That makes since then, I work in a dodge service department, and I am looking at the warrenty info and they will not give a powertrain warrenty for SRT vehicles and Diesels..... You should try and get that warrenty for all its worth......

only catch was. I MUST get all my service done there. oil changes, and what ever the owners manual calls for. But I think I have them on that one also, because they didn't give me *or buy me* a owners manual for my truck. So maybe all I have to do is just get oil changed there and they quoted me $50 bucks for an oil change. I also made them put the power train warranty in writing.

Dodge does not have 7/70 warranty for the SRT-10. Lifetime warranty is not applicable to the SRT line-up or the diesels... Iceman send me your Vin and I will let you know what your warranty with Dodge. They may have put an extended warranty on your powertrain

my factory warrenty is gone, as i have 37K on it. sending you my vin anyways, maybe you can give my truck its #
