I've enjoyed the truck for what it is, but I am just in need of something else that won't 'cause me to want to street race so much. Even though self control is at a high most times, it's hard to just drive it normally. It's a great cruising truck, feels so great on trips. I like telling people about it who ask. It's an ego booster for sure. Has aggressive curb appeal, and a viscous snarl. I will be sad when it goes, but I need to keep myself safe and the one I love to come back to. Sometimes the decisions we make don't just affect ourselves. And being young, with lots of testosterone and adrenaline, it can be forgotten. I've had some close calls, due to my own selfishness.. I believe this will smarten me up and not end up in the hospital.

It sucks... you know, having to almost swallow this feeling like it's your best friend leaving. I know it's just a vehicle... but it meant something to me.. besides freedom and self control (what I thought I had) but something just gets to me when I'm driving that truck. A feeling of badassing... haha.


Anyway, I didn't really play a role on these forums as much as I would have liked to. This forum... it has soul to it, as it carries true feelings and inspires others to keep it in the bend. Limitless and spiritual. Holding truth to all members "this isn't just any forum.."

Trading truck in for a member in the SRT family... but you'd never guess which one....

I would think (and might be wrong) but isn't the truck the slowest in the SRT family? :dontknow:

I don't think so, but anything with the SRT badge is gonna be fast enough to get ya in trouble!

If it is a 300, u aint helpin' ur cause one bit. I have one and that bitch was as fast as the truck, when the truck was stock. The 300 aint stock no more, JLT intake, Johan custom tune, Mopar TCM and Mercedes AMG shift solenoids and by the end of this month a 3200 stall convertor. Shit is a beast without the converter. Can't wait to see it with it.
Point is, if ur reason for getting rid of the truck is speed and temptation to street race, then keep the truck. Ypu're gonna have just as much temptation with a 300 SRT8.

It's a good looking car!

I really wanted to keep with the SRT models as I prefer sport-like rides and the seating! It couldn't be the 392 Chally or the SRT8 Charger, which have an aggressive stance, performance and sound as they'll 'cause me to want to own the road too. I honestly never even had the intention to want to race a large sedan (300C) despite it being an SRT as well, and once getting into one it assured me of that. It's not the same feeling the truck gave me, or what went to my head. That right there says everything to how I will be driving it. I'm sure this can make sense. It's technically a sleeper. So it's not full-out image loud, like the truck is. That's what I'm trying to say. I guess if that is true Santeen, I'll be learning another lesson! In which case, I'll be driving a honkin' prius! And if I start racing that... .... FOCK!

I understand what you're saying.I am like Clark Kent most of the time,but when I throw a leg over the ol' Harley,well,seems I become more of Superman.:D

I am 30 and cosider mysellf still young. well alot of that is becuse i act like a child.

But my truck is sort of a sleeper. it is debadged, so u either know what it is or u dont. and i have found that these trucks are so rare that mosteven dodge owners dont know what it is. but that doesnt stop me from schoolin them, hahahaha.

anyways, even with my childish tendencies i still putt around most the time. Well, i guess that is just cuz im scared i will break somethin and have to put some money into the truck that wont make it go faster or look better.:D

good luck on he 300. they are deffinatly the classiest lookin of the srt family. bit i think they still loook pretty mean. the on thing that might help is the 300 will be A/T. i could putin my old QC easier than i can in my 6 speed. just somethin bout shiftin gears maks u wana hammer on it.

Nice!!! I have the same grille. But Jace, you definitely have more will power than me. I jump in the 300 and I can't stay off the go pedal.
