Can someone give me the specs on a water/meth pump please???:dontknow: ,I have the one that came with the ROE,it seems to have crapped out,tried bleeding it several different ways and it doesn't want to suck anything through,it trinkles out very slowly,so I'm thinking I need to get a new one:mad:

My first one rusted through. Pics posted somewhere here.
 
I know the one I have on the ramcharger is 150psi would it be in the I instructions cause I think I still have them I can grab them in the morning if I find them.
 
mine crapped out too ....sitting for long periods of time without use is very hard justin ordered me another one!!!!!

Yeah,its been sitting for long lengths of time,seals must of dried up! Yor truck looks killer too there Dom:rock: Have you got many miles on it since you got it back?

all i can say is i wish i would have gotten rid of the 6 speed along time ago...havent pushed but 5-6 #s because my water meth is down but this thing is like a whole dif truck!!!!!
 
Snow Performance is now making a Ultra High Out Pump that puts all of the older style pumps to shame. Thinking about swapping mine.

One of the benefits is better atomization.

Yeah, I went and looked after that post and saw they make "purpose built" pumps for meth/water.... AEM makes a BIG one in their Brute Force line. :dontknow: :)
 
Dom, FYI:

"We have set the pump adjustment to 40 psi. The pressure adjustment, silver Allen screw is located at the top of the pump near the 2 red wires. Adjustments can be made with a 5/64" or 2mm Allen wrench. Each clockwise turn represents approximately 25 psi. When using the standrad #7 nozzle supplied with the kit, the pump setting as shipped will yield 4.4 gallons per hour flow rate.

Pump Pressure Setting w/#7 Nozzle

PSI Adjustment Approximate Flow
40 as shipped 4.4 GPH
60 1 turn in 6 GPH
90 2 turns in 7 GPH
120 3 turns in 7.8 GPH
140 4 turns in 8.5 GPH
160 5 turns in 9.2 GPH"
