For a 05 QC. Also, do I need to by the anti-slip additive? Thanks. Rick.

Anyone? Should I use 75-140 or 75-90 for the gear lube?

I am going to buy AMSOIL and would like to know what weight I should buy?

This is what the 05 service manual says.

Automatic tranny service fill is 4 quarts (i would get 5 just in case)

fluid type Mopar ATF+4 ( which any brand ATF+4 willl work)

Also be sure to check fluid level in nuetral warmed up with park brake on.

rear axle service fill is 3.62 litres plus 4 oz of limited slip additive.

fluid type is 75w-90.

Personally I go with synthetic inthe tranny and axle, amsoil is a awesome product bro , very good choice. and I think Mobile has sythetic tranny fluid.

One note, call around on the tranny fluid, I had a hard time finding ATF+4 found plenty of +3 though.

Also you should be able to stop by the dealer or NAPA I think has it , the 4 oz limited slip additive( LOLOl which used to be whaleoil from their blubber)

hope this helps friend:D I gotta run outside but if ya need anything else jsut let me know, back in a little bit:p

Thanks bud...I am a firm amsoil believer....I can get 16 Quarts of ATF4, 5 bottles of Limited Slip Additive, 12 qrts 5w40 Oil and 6 qrts 75w90 Gear lube for $270 bucks shipped.

good deal bro! I would be nice if we could post the site where ya got it!

Amsoil is a kick ass product long time in the industry:rock:

Just a ForWhatIt'sWorth, you might think about what trans fluid you use. I also have a '06 Dodge diesel, and on ALL of the diesel sites you could be your own warranty station if your don't use Dodge's own ATF+4. Several of them on there have had warranty issue's when using non-Dodge branded tranny fluid. I'll switch the entire truck over to AMSOIL but I'll only use Dodge's trans-fluid. The diesel's could be harder on the tranny vs the SRT so maybe Dodge wouldn't send out an area rep and take a tranny fluid sample and deny a warranty claim for trans work.:dontknow:

Thanks bud. My truck is getting Supercharged and NOS installed. My powertrain warranty is essentially non-existent.

But thanks for the heads up....
