I have had a couple of things done...

Current
Paxton Novi 2000
JTSVP Manual Shifter

In Progress
3 Pod Pillar
Boost Gauge
AEM ugeo Wideband

...but I am looking to plan some more. My next 6 month plan is below which are affordable as I can fit them myself.

Next 6 months
Water Methanol Injection
SCT X4 Tuner
New Charge Cooler

...the next 6-12 months can be things which I can't fit myself but I need some suggestions (so I have time to save!)

Next 6-12 months
Suggestions?

What should my order of preference be for my next 6 month list and what suggestions do people have for the next 6-12 months?

As always thanks for the advice!

Getting tunes/tuner from Torrie should be #1 (right now) on your list. You need the right tunes to run boost on these engines.

I did think that but I don't want to pay for the tuner at the moment and then have to pay again once the additional mods are done. Unless he can tune for those and I can just switch it over once they are done. I will have to give him an email.

Torrie sends tunes by email. You get three tunes up front, once he knows what you have and what octane you are using. Future tunes are as simple as downloading a file into the tuner.:)

I'm in exactly the same boat. Srt ram with Paxton kit installed.
I've gone with Torrie,
69lb injectors
2bar map sensor
Sct tune for re flashing factory ecu
450 walbro in tank fuel pump.

Over the winter I'm going to fit all of the above and then get the tune from Torrie and go from there.

Cool. Will you be fitting them yourself? If not who do you use?

I have seen the SCT X4 but Torrie said it isn't compatible with the truck :(
Shame since it looks like a major improvement over the X3.

So far I haven't found anybody that specializes in our trucks even vipers in the uk, lots of American car mechanics in London, but nothing specialist.

So yes will be fitting my self...wish me luck!

I haven't looked in x4 but it's only to load tunes so it's no biggie.

X 2 with this statement . I am not a big fan of canned tunes with a forced induction setup , if you can find a reputable tuner with a dyno that would be ideal. My mail order tune turned out to have too much timing and a little too rich when I had it dynoed , pick up 40 horses and feels like a different truck

Your mods down the road may be pushed back if you need an engine first so be careful.

Yep, I have also found this. I guess it isn't surprising as there is not many of the trucks in the UK.

Good luck! I will probably be doing the same when I get round to it!

Good Point!

I don't think it has ever been tuned. Would Torrie just send canned tunes?

I am going on the dyno in 2 weeks as a starting point. They also do tuning and seem to have a good rep from what I can find so I might ask them about the options.

If you can data log your dyno runs, that would help Torrie customize your tune. The canned tunes are safe tunes, as he can not see what your engine is doing. I would only trust my tuning to Chris or Torrie. Letting someone, who has little or no experience tuning viper truck engines, can be a very costly mistake.

Thanks. After the first dyno run I will see what I am working with, then I can take it from there! Looks like the SCT will be my next purchase!
