What package Cuda is this?

There is a 73 Cuda for sale locally to me, that I wouldn't mind building into a 71'ish clone. But what the heck is this package called with the wheel flares and skirt?(not the actual car I'd be looking at) And no the package is not called butt ugly.

That one is in Canada somewhere, not for me to save but the one here has a similar story.

I wish I had a chance to even get one. Those things are hard to find around here. Really hard. And when you do find one its full of rust from the salty coastal air. Good luck man!

The first one is "add ons". He bought everything Auto Zone sells, plus a bad paint job. I think they were going for the Smokey & the Bandit look. The second one is just a old, bad paint job. There were no packages that were that ugly. If they Mickey Moused what can be seen no telling what the rest of the car is like. Buyer beware.
