Can you see Nathan Air Chime ( Locomotive Horn ), with 5 gallon airtank, hooked to you siren, with a 2-3 second delay using a 555 timer circuit... nuff air for a 60-80 second blast at 160 plus decibles... Gaurenteed to wake the dead....

In reponse, no the truck does not have an afermarket alarm. It will be added over the next couple of days. Something really high tech. If they decide to come again after the r+eplacements, I think the whole county will know this time.

Thanks for everyones support and keep a look out for those wheels. Hopefully we can catch the bastards and avoid somebody else from going thru the same thing.

Wheels

Undecided about what direction to go with the wheels. Maybe 24's again, but I'm leaning more towards 22's. Maybe 22X10.5 in the front and 22X12 in the rear. Tires would be 305/40/22 in the front and 325/40/22 in the rear. Anybody else running this configuration?

Alarm

I'll be using a Clifford alarm with a perimeter, shock, and motion sensor. Don't forget Mercury switches just in case it gets jacked up. All this will be hooked up to a siren that contains its own battery and a train horn. It will have it's own compressor and a 7 gallon tank. The system will also have its own paging system.

I almost hope they try again.

State Farm

Did your agent say anything about your rate changing due to a claim? Just wondering. I had State Farm for 20 years (no claims) and they raised my rates after an Uninsured Accident where the "other guy" had no coverage and my insurance had to foot the bill. Glad to hear they took care of it so quickly.
 
I dont know about in Florida or WV, but here in AZ there are state laws that prevent a insurance company from raising rates in the instances of:

Not at fault, uninsured, under insured.

Our is ARS 20-263.

A. No insurer shall increase the motor vehicle insurance premium of an insured as a result of an accident not caused or significantly contributed to by the actions of the insured. Any insurer which increases the premium as a result of accident involvement shall notify the insured of the reason for such increase.

B. The director, after a hearing, shall order an insurer that has raised the premium of an insured in violation of subsection A to refund the amount attributable to such premium increase and shall impose a civil penalty not to exceed three hundred dollars. In determining whether an insurer has violated subsection A, the director may conduct such investigation as he deems necessary and the costs shall be paid by the insurer pursuant to section 20-159.



So you might want to look into your states laws to make sure that you are not geting screwed....for something similar.

I hope some how you catch these @!#*.:mad:

Twice in my life, I was lucky enough to catch red handed,
scum stealing my stuff and beat them half to death,(no better feeling
with your pants on!)

Suggest you make some flyers w/pic's offering a reward,you would be
surprised.
