Nah bro, those are offset and wider at least in the rear. The spokes don't go to the outside of the rim. Not stock by any means. SICK!

I don't know if the truck being lowered give the illusion that the rear wheels are wider or not. Here is a pic of my first 10 with similar wheels to that. Any good powder coater can do this for you.

Yeah I see you're right. Those spokes come just shy of rim edge.
