I made and paid for an order back on the 16th and haven't heard a word. I've sent him a few pm's. He hasn't been online in over a week either. Any news?

I'm not concerned, I know he'll come through for me. It's not a huge rush, just wondering.

If it means anything I will personally endorse him....I am sure he is lost in some high school some where...School has started you know ;) :D He drives around in a red van pitching free candy as a act of charity  :D

I talked to steve a couple of days ago, seems the local college/university forgot to get their banners ordered for this coming weekend.

Steve, Wife and Son have been work 30 hours a day to fill the orders

Jeff

Steve will be in touch. Still, over 2 weeks and no word is sloppy regardless of what's going on, an order is an order. 1 minute to email is all it takes, I'm sure everyone will agree with that. As others have said, you don't have anything to worry about. I doubt very much he's taken your cash and gone to Cuba or anything. Maybe try calling? As a customer you shouldn't need to but if you are worried that us what I would suggest.

Im in the same boat but Im not worried either. I figured he was probably busy with something more important than my $40 order and I told him in the beginning to get to it when he can!

However, I cant wait for my build plaque and stickers!!!

Guys, my apologies for going dark on everyone. We had to make an emergency trip to Dallas (family stuff for a few days) last week and then we had to work day and night (I averaged 2 hours sleep a night for the last week or 10 days) to meet some ridiculous deadlines given to us by the University of Arkansas to get ready for their opening football game, not to mention being two people short for the last couple of weeks (we only have 6 employees at full staff). When the orders came in the four of us sat down and discussed it, we decided to accept the challenge but made the commitment to each other that we would not do anything to distract us from the mission, inluding any internet orders. The result was that we took in more revenue in a week than we ususally do in a month or more and we needed that.

I know I owe some of you guys some stuff and I'll get them out to you. I should have gotten on the site and told everyone that I'd be distracted for a while, but I just never too the time and for that please accept my apologies. We'll get the orders out as soon as we can get caught up.

Here's a couple of little projects we did this week, 2 5' X 350' banners down the sidelines of the field, two 15' X 32' tunnel covers, made and installed 48" steel letters on the outside of the stadium, not to mention literally hundreds of other signs and misc stuff that I haven't even had time to take pictures of yet. It is amazing what a handful of people can get done in a few days when they are committed to it...

Fantastic high quality work as always.. what type of equipment do you use to create a 5' by 350' banner? Incredible!

It's a digital print on 64" X 164' rolls of mesh banner material. We hem it and then sew it together. We put grommets in it every 3' and screw it into the top of the concrete wall. It was quite an undertaking. Our printer ran like three days straight on this alone. Now we get to put it up and take it down before and after every game...I'm not looking forward to that...LOL!!!
