OR

Stoptech kit (4 rotors/8 pads, drilled and slotted) for $575 ???????

I dislike drilled rotors because they tend to crack if you get them hot. Slotted rotors are just fine, not to mention you can turn slotted rotors. I prefer the sp-performance semi-metallic pads, they are quiet and don't dust a lot and brake better than the ceramic ones.

sp-performance makes both the pads and rotors.

I have the stop tech on my truck for a couple of years now. No complaints at all, better stopping and less dust than OEM. do yourself a favor and get the braided brake line from Tony at JTSVP.
 
Most Mercedes have cross-drilled rotors from the factory... They rarely crack.

Those are damn good prices for those brakes that's for damn sure!
 
I have the Stoptech/Posi quiet combo from Zeckhausen and I am happy with both.


Apples and oranges comparing to MB rotors....a much softer/thinner material and they can't be cut.
