You ain’t gonna believe this. We were talking about radar detectors in a previous post today. I was in the auto car wash after lunch with the bride. Got to the end and went in to part that says “Laser Dryâ€￾ and my radar detector went off screaming laser alert, laser alert. Guessing the same frequency as laser radar is used somehow in the drying mode at the car wash. No----I hadn’t been drinking and we do not have any laser radar units in my small town of 1200 folks. Backed up just to see if it would go off again and it did. We both got a pretty good laugh. Ain’t life grand.

That's pretty funny man, just the other day I had my 4 year old nephew in the truck, I started it, turned on my radar, when it said "lazer" then the weird noise, he said, no uncle josh!! Not the lazer! I don't want the laser! Turn it off! When we was getting in the highway I chirped 2ed gear, and he said, whoh!! Did you just run over a cat??? Lol he's so cute! He cracks me up every time I see him! He just started kindergarten this winter, and he was telling me he needs a nickname, his last name is Barry, so he saids, my nickname can be scary Barry! I said no!! That will stick with u all through school! He said ok, howa about hairy Barry! I laughed and said nope! He said ok, you can just call me dingle Barry! I said omg no!! I have no clue where he gets this stuff!

Josh, great wives and grandkids make this world bearable. Ironhead---go figure. Guess we need someone to compare with so we can be happy with who and what we are. Them that got grandkids are blessed.

Have 3 grown kids and 6 grand kids that are all in advance classes one that is close to graduating 3 years early from high school and know a radar detector goes off in close knit automated areas of life .Its not a wow factor in the big world or big city .Just yanking your short chain for fun grandpa:bebored:

That's awesome that the kids are doing well. Makes a parent/grandparents proud. Now go back to being grumpy.
