Man thats perdy..............

So it made 560 HP on stock pulley and 650 on a 7.5 pulley....... Seems the same if not higher than us OLDER model Lysholm blowers................. that looks easier to go bigger too :) anyone say 8.3 liter twins screw :)

same blower you got itjust has a different nose piece on it.

Who built it or who made the brackets? I would say that solves a lot of problems.

Thats what I figured also, cool setup though that is thinking outside the box:rock:

This is the first one that roe built I think, roy's was #2 and the first to top mount.

Yup, that is the show truck (resides in N.J.) that Sean installed the side mount blower on just prior to putting mine on top...(Sean also installed a top mount on Mike McCardless's qc before mine).

Which is now on Jay's rig :):p

Yepper, remember Dave and I shooting the pics of that truck at ROE. Got some big a$$ trainhorns on the back. One of (if not the first) single driveshafts for a QC as well.
Bone/ Dave might have some of those pics on the PC yet...I know there in this PC or on a disc somewhere.:dontknow:

Looks.

The traditional top mount was what people were screaming for...the side mount was too much like the Paxton...

so which way puts out more? is that less restrictive, but not with a smooth Idle?

You need to ask Sean...I don't even know if he dyno'ed it...can't imagine that he didn't!

But it was a show truck not a street machine.

that is pretty though. another question and sorry for hoin. does sean have the pulleys to go bigger I was only wanting to go 8 put so far all I have seen or heard of for ours was stock, 10lbs and 14lbs.

He put a 10 lb on mine when we were at Westech. But it only pushed 8 due to the head work that I had done. I bet he could have one made for you...or just clean up the heads and use the 10 lb and get a net 8.

Call him Matt, I bet he can fix you up.

so then with out head work I would be able to actually get 10 psi:confused: :p yeah I shot him an email after I wrote that. so where are you at on yours did you go with a bigger pulley or you have enough?

I think I passed my level of competence when I got rid of my Taurus Wagon about 15 years ago.

I am at the end of my horsepower quest.

I just want the engine to last now so I can drive the truck on nice weekends and rub on it the rest of the time.

I have plenty to do without any further engine modifications.
