Why is the Banner so small

Before I updated the forum, the banner was the same size as it is now, but in the center. I have a new computer, high res, with a 22" monitor. Now its just showing the the left.

The copy I made for the Registry many moons ago (970 x163)

The one currently on the board (970 x 163)
