Wife is fine, it was just a fender bender. She pulled up to the day care, right behind a big water main. After she picked the baby up, she was in a hurry and not paying attention. Pulled forward and busted the hell out of the pipe and her front bumper. Water went everywhere for 2 hours until they fixed it. The undercarriage got a good cleaning to say the least. Luckily none of the underhood electronics got wet. The daycare was on military installation, they said it happens all the time, and they wouldnt report it.

The first appraisal was $958.

Not even worth putting on insurance, we are just going to pay to get the OE bumper. What sucks so bad, is we fucking hate this POS truck. We were going to trade it in and get her a Durango (gotta keep it Dodge) next week after i get my Srt-10. Think im going to get it fixed and trade it in the next week anyway.

i tried to talk the old lady into a nitro. wanted three black dodges. but she kep saying she didnt like them. so i went with her to test drive a brand new one. and we bought a Trailblazer.

The nitro is awful. It is so weak. You worry if you are going to get rear-ended when you pull into traffic. The stearing is touchy, and i highway speeds it sways back and forth like its top heavy. The throttle jerks your head back when taking off from a light no matter how easy you press it. And there is a huge delay when you punch it. You can stab the throttle to the floor and let off 3-4 times quickly, and absolutely nothing happens. Drive by wire is garbage.

hahahaha, your funny. you think i would trust my wife behind the wheel of an SS???. if they had a button that would take it to say 200hp, then maybe.

and why have you not been answering my text mess. you butthole

I would trade it how it is, I bet u don't get anymore for a trade fixed or how it is, the $1k towards the downpayment on the new or keep it

I popped the bumper back out today and took some paint thinner to remove the scuff. This is before and after.
