Try finding a local hydraulic shop by you, they should be able to match up the fittings you need without having to use adapters.. I think the PARKER brand of fittings has some metric stuff.

Thanks for the update. I'll take the first set along with the oil lines.

well the prob is bo I can find others to do the lines:D

but if i can get goodridge to do the lines I can do the in lifetime warranty ;)

at this moment bo, around $225, which to me is high, but I guess taking in to consideration the warranty not bad.

i have tried to get them to use the 811 hose, which is the same as the oil lines to keep down price and use the less expensive fittings, but they jsut dont want to , and sugggest using there hi pressure hose, and the fittings will be a very nice stainless steel fitting

Tony, what kinda pressure rating does the hose they want to use have??? by the way, just thought of another supplier "GATES"

A kit will be nice when done. I ended up obtaining the factory insert off an older Saginaw pump then welding on an AN fitting. Our insert doesn't leave enough metal for welding....at least for this backyard mechanic. If you read the factory service manual it will tell you removal of the insert will result in having to replace the factory power steering pump. I can say with confidence that this is not true. ;)

Tony, when do you think they will be available? I got about 3 to 4 weeks before the reassembly begins.

You the man Homer!!!

I stopped by today and all the fittings were not in quite yet, but are supposed to be therre monday

but thanks to ronnie here is you pressure answers.

the 811 hose I wanted to use to keep the price down has these pressures

-6an line working of 1180psi burst 4700
-8an line working of 1030psi burst 4120

problem is our ps psi can reach upwards of 1400+psi

the 600 smooth bore series is basically like a large brake line hose

-6an working 4714psi burst 18855psi
-8an working 3626psi burst 14504psi

so as you can see the 600 series is much more bullet proof, plus will also have stainless steel ends, crimped, with an an fitting to fit into the housings

600:rock:

600 (x2) ............

The "install-and-foegeddabowditt" option is a pretty appealing option to me... :)

... just my 2 cents.

Thanks again for all your efforts Tony Mahn!!

Ronnie
