I don't have anything such as a radar detector....I think it may be the sub because it will "pop" when I am driving down the road with the radio off...either that or I have a wire shorting out somewhere....need to find some where to take it so they can trace it down...

try testing for a short with a vom with the list of usual supects. In your case stereo, electric fans, sub box.

Hey guys, I really would love to go to GTG at X-Metal on April 28 and 29. There are some several problems because I don't know where and how to get there. How much $ should I bring with me? Where will I get a sleep? Will there a hotel or what? Also I am 18 years old and I know I am still young and little kid. Plus I am born deaf and it probably will be my first time to meet more and many people who own the same trucks. Maybe someone can give me more good information on what the plan is and what I need to know to bring with me to GTG? I will see if I can make it or not.

Motel 8 is directly across the road from his place, one of the guys here might have the number for them.Thats where most are staying.
saturday we will probably hang out, talk crap, tour the shop, do some cruizin, and go out and eat.
sunday he has a track rented and those that want to run can, and having a BBQ also at the track.

well..I should be going..I have to go to Cleveland, Chicago, and Columbus to look at some equipment for the plant. If I can get my boss to pay mileage for that trip, I will drive out to Cleveland on Thursday, and hopefully make it to somewhere like South Bend on Thursday night. Friday morning, I will drive to Chicago, and hopefully arrive in Evansville late Friday night. I can leave early Monday morning for Columbus, and be home Monday night sometime. I will find out tommorow about this..lets see..1550 miles x .44/mile = new shifter right?..lol

Heyy, is it possible if we leave on Friday in the morning? We can take a day off to drive and get some rest on friday night. We can do our stuff on saturday and sunday. Then can (me + my gf) leave to home on Monday in the morning?

everyone is welcome young and old. im driving up thursday and having to leave midmorning sunday cause ive got to work monday but it will be worth it. trust me youll have a blast. meet some of the finest people around.
