What should I do:

1. Scrap both emblems.
2. Keep the emblem on the top.
3. Keep the side emblem.
4. Get rid of battery tray box and both emblems.

keep one or the other..IMO

Take the side one off, or take the top one off, but dont keep both. Im leaning towards keeping the side one though, you have enough 'top view' mods.

I have your solution...

1. Clean the engine bay
2. Remove the TOP emblem (the side one looks great and does the job)
3. Mail me the TOP emblem that you will no longer be using so I can start to make my engine bay look half as nice as yours.

So far unanimous on keeping the side one. I like the way it looks much better than the top. Top looked good, but once the side one is there it just makes the top look out of place. Think I might put one on side of mine!!

Where did you route your driver side vent tube to??? Looks like the tube goes under the intake...to a catch can or into the freeze plug at the front top of the block?
