Silicone them. I had to do the same with mine and they haven't clouded since. Run a good bead around the part where the front clear part seals to the back part.

On a somewhat related topic I just had my curbed wheel repaired by a local company that repairs / powdercoats wheels. They did a great job! It looks brand new. I asked them about powdercoating all of my wheels black and they cautioned me not to. The guy told me there were long term durability...

Sylvania sells clear turn signal bulbs that illuminate amber. That's what I have in those exact headlights and it looks great.

Any pics of the wheels after powdercoating???
