I'm sure that the music labels he is ripping off would like to know that he is playing there songs on a public venue as well.

So how do I complain?
It's the same damned pic right there- you should be comphensated for the rights of that picture- he owes you money and he is misrepresenting his company with your PAINTED on stripes- to his vynil, that's false advertising.
Looks like he stopped using your picture with the stripe. Now he has photoshopped the stripe out but is still using your truck.

What a joke...our of politness, he should at least appologize and ask if it is ok to continue using it!!

The guy is an idiot. I doubt there are a 100 local red SRT-10's with sunroofs. He doesn't realize that the truck in the picture was only made in 05 and the sunroof was only an option in the back half of the production year.

Here is the reply I got from him When I asked how he felt about using someone's truck without their permission.

Let me ask you something, Why not simply be flattered. You need to understand, I myself have been victum of theft of my livelyhood, designs, products, images, since venturing into ebay here. My competitors have tried every scandolus sleezy business practice they can think of to try an manopolize the market, for all i know you're one of them ok. You need to understand even IF the truck was owned by the lawrnce person. Once imagery pictures animation video whatever has been uploaded to the WORLD WIDE WEB it's very much so become public domain! Exactly how a good deal of MY craft has been compromised on here!
I sincerely don't care about this persons truck or which pictures are put together for decal product sales. Nobody is selling the truck, a 4000 paint job mentioned, or anything else with regard to the truck, merely the image of dual stripes running down a truck. You guys are been really ANOL and Whiney about it and it is REDICULIOUS.
HOWEVER, If I can help you people sleep better at night and show you that I'm not worth all your stress, I'll totally change my pictures for you guys to one of my others with the duals. I have been doing this since 1999, just so you know ebay is simply something new to venture into, I couldnt care less about changing images.
Currently have new products in the works and will be blasting those on ebay some time around the new year.
Give me some time and you all have a safe and happy holiday season.

We should continue to mess with this guy and have everyone post the replies. I will say that I'm pretty scared of being reported to ebay. What are we looking at here 2-3 years of hard time?

eBay is actually a frustrating business because they don't really care if someone gets ripped off by false advertising jackasses like this. What sucks, is I still love eBay. eBay is truly buyer beware. I am fortunate that I have never been taken, but I am sure it is a matter of time.
