Important Information
Please Read
Welcome to Mopars at the Motorplex April 18, 2009.
(rescheduled to Sunday April 19 due to weather)
• Rain date: April 19, 2009.
• The track radio station is 88.7 FM.
• Gates open at 8:00am and time trials start at 9:00 am.
• All cars will be teched at the Sunocco fuel station after 8:00 am.
• Only two (2) time trials allowed except NSS and NMC. These two classes will receive one (1) time trial and two (2) qualifying runs.
• Multiple classes may be entered
• Super Pro (electronics) will be run 1/8th mile. All other classes will run ¼ mile.
• Awards will be given to the winner and runner up in all classes. In Sportsman and ET Eliminator the semifinalists will also receive awards.
• No deep staging (blue light on).
• Dial ins and car number must be on right side and rear window.
Today's classes listed in run order:
Keith Gumaer Auto Sportsman class ($40 entry) -- must run DOT tires – lanes 2, 3, 4, 5 – payout guaranteed by Keith Gumaer Auto
Texas Trailer Man ET Eliminator ($50 entry) -- 12.00 and slower -- lanes 6, 7, 8, 9 – payout guaranteed by Texas Trailer Man
Pro ($60 entry) -- 11.99 and quicker -- lanes 10 and 11
NSS ($80 entry) --index class--lanes 2 and 3
NMC ($65 entry) --index class--lanes 4 and 5
Super pro ($65 entry) -- electronics class -- lanes 6 and 7 – will run 1/8th mile (cross talk will not be on at this event)
Exhibition Runs featuring Nostalgia Top Fuel, Funny Cars and Jr. Fuelers—lanes 8, 9, 10, 11
Payouts can be picked up at Suite 207 1 round after elimination.
Charity – The Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth will be the benefiting charity this year. Shirts will be sold at the RMH booth and at the show registration table with proceeds benefiting RMH. There will also be a “Mopars at the Motorplex 2008†DVD for sale with proceeds going to RMH.
