Why are you here, now?
To learn about Viper Trucks?
To get new brake and clutch information?
To find parts?
To sell your truck?
To converse with friends?
To start a GTG?
To buy a truck?
To catch up on the latest build?
To buy mods?
To see what mods you want?
To get ideas on how to get that last tenth at the track?
What if it went away overnight?
Would you be sad?
Would you text all the people in your phone about it?
Would you stay in contact with the people you've met?
Would you continue to have GTG's in spite of it?
Would you sell your truck?
Would you be glad? One less thing you feel like you have to do during the day.
When you come on here...how do you feel?
I can't wait to see who's bickering at whom.
I can't wait to see the timeslips section.
I can't wait to see if i've won TOTM.
I can't believe nobody knows what tires i should buy!
Let's all take a step back and realize a few things:
There are less than 9,000 trucks on the ENTIRE PLANET.
They will NEVER build a truck like this ever again.
We are a small knit family of trucks that HAS to stick together.
The only aftermarket is the one's we've created.
If you haven't experienced it, someone here has.
If you have experienced something, someone else will eventually need to know.
This place isn't our private text message area where we can just say whatever we want whenever we want. I myself am probably one of the most guilty people to start spouting off at the mouth whenever I think of something. If, for no other reason, you need to reply to a thread about someone or something, please respect where in the forum you are. We don't need to come home and clean up all the threads because this entire forum IS NOT in an offensive section...taking the "off topic" posts aside, the verbiage is the biggest culprit...think about what you're going to say...for the sake of those who try and keep the place as clean as possible. There is a time and place for friendly nut kicking....just do a double take...or sent a PM...or start another thread...or text them, even.
I'm going to strive to be more cognizant of what I say, and where I say it. Will you? If for nothing else, let's at least respect the original poster of the thread. I believe we could all benefit from it.
Thank you all,
Dan
