I don't do the work but I don't see why you could not supply your own parts.

Anyhow. Were hoping to be well over 600 as it will rev to 6800 with this set so we've got another 1500 rpm to go. We crapped out at 5300rpm. Clutch slippage And if that curv stays climbing like it is for another 1500 well be sky High. Crossing fingers.

Will let yall know when we get a real final run. This was not even a tuned run as we can't tune a slipping clutch. So I've got ky hopes up. That's for sure.
If you look at the graph you posted, you did NOT crap out at 5300 rpm. Your peak torque was reached at about 5200-5300 rpm and the HP kept climbing to about 6000-6100 rpm before the graph stops. It's interesting that peak torque is at 5300 where our Gen 3 engine hits peak torque at about 4400 rpm. So you definitly have a high end motor. Are you saying that peak HP will be at 6800 or the REDLINE will be at 6800 for stock bottom ends? If the redline is at 6800 then peak HP should be around 6300-6400. Still impressive. But remember that RottenRonnie dynoed at high altitude , and through stock exhaust manifolds...not headers. And also a stock bottom end.

Im not comparing this build to anyone, I know ronnie has some kick ass stuff and I'm not here to say whats better just stating what pricing is and what the end product is..

And yes the clutch did CRAP OUT just not 100% fail it was slipping and we could not figure out what was happening at first,, thought there was a tuning issue or something.. So what I was saying is that at 5300 the clutch really started to slip.. anyhow once that is fixed we will post new results, Anything other than results is just speculation .. Hopefully after we get the clutch in and get it tuned magic will happen... well hopefully..

This same build has been done on a couple cars out there as well 2006 vipers and they have the stock bottom end, Im not sure how they were designed exactly the cars are designed differently than the truck due to the weight so I dont know how high they revved but they are still in one piece..

Just waiting for our new clutch to arrive.. as soon as it is in it will be installed and dyno'ed again....and tuned...

Too bad you didnt have a final tune before all this was posted. I bet you wish the same.

I also am looking forward to your results, it nice to see people continuing to develop options for the 10's.

I just told him to order one of the clutches he uses for the race teams, didnt even ask what it was... will find out..
