There was a previous offer on the table. He was supposed to know something by lunch today and call me as soon as he found out of the other buyer had cash in his hand. I called about an hour ago and got no answer, and pm's havent been responded to yet. So my chances are looking really slim.

Bad news... The seller accepted a post dated check as a secure deposit on the truck. Seems it was sold before i could fly down there. Although this is the third Srt-10 i have secured a loan for, at least this time i didnt fly across the country, or drive 9 hours to arrive with the truck gone that morning. Well i still have 28 days left to sign this check, so check out my thread.
