Ported Ceramic coated intake for sale

Decided to sell my intake that I was going to put on my '05 RC. Ported, ceramic coated, billet divider. Work done by Form and Function Performance.
Was not installed after work was done.
$1500 shipped to lower 48. OBO.
I believe Trainman has this same setup.

Just checked the intake. It appears that a stencil was used, intake was ceramic coated and stencil removed. The lettering color appears to be the aluminum of the intake. just guessing here. Didn't want to take a razor blade to it. Lettering could be scuffed and hit with a gloss black paint.

Those things are pretty nice and will work great with a set of ported heads not to mention a nice cam I believe they split the intake there and port it all the way through......if thats the case 1200 is a good deal, not to mention the paint they put on is not just paint, it keeps the intake temps lower!

The paint does not help lower temps, but the gray "Thermal Barrier" they put on the mounting surfaces does.:rock: Usually on a friday night test and tune I pick up a 10lb bag of dry ice pellets and put them in a couple of large freezer bags and set them on the intake between runs. The dry ice won't drip water like regular ice, its an old trick we used to use back in the 60's to cool the fuel lines going to the carbs. Oops I'm showing my age.

Not showing your age at all. I'm 20 and i knew that trick :rock: They also use to make a box that fuel would go through that you could fill with ice. Same idea colder fuel is more condense so you can get more of it into the motor just farther up the line.
