basically did all the fabrication myself just bought turbo and bigger injectors
with the msd coil and wires..working on getting a good tune and hopefully on dyno soon. shooting for 400-420hp to be safe still on stock motor:D any more then that and you have yourself a ticking time bomb:marchmellow:

also made new intake 4" reduced to 3"

made a downpipe also and re-used old flexpipe from my previous exhaust..also 3" no cats all the way to an electric cutout or if closed to muffler 4" tip

This came out nice! I made a new coolant reservoir jug since the stock jug is plastic and due to bigger turbo and exhaust manifold it wasnt going to fit or most likely melt so i made this....

would coatin the header, exhaust housin & down pipe help????

You mean the air intake? The swirl designed i did it with a stainless buffer wheel its not wrapped its just stainless pipe :rock:
