I installed my new fans with a setup I did myself...mostly. I made a template out of cardboard and worked out the fan placement. Then I had a friend cut it out of aluminum. I test fitted it to the shroud and cut out the plastic where is would be in the way. I mounted the fans and relays to the aluminum and then mounted the aluminum to the original shroud. I used one of the brackets that hold the AC lines out of the way and was able to mount the stock overflow tank as well. I have it wired to a thermostat and put a manual override switch in too.
It works awesome!!! I had the truck running and turned the fans on at 170degrees and forgot to turn them back off until I noticed the temp at 140
Normally I will just let the thermostat turn them on and off.
